Refund & Cancellation Policy

BazaarX.com is a wholesale e-commerce marketplace where manufacturers / producers sell directly to retailers / traders bypassing middlemen. Many business deals originating from BazarA2Z involve large amounts, usually transacted offline through Banks directly by buyers and sellers. BazarA2Z, in such cases, acts merely as a platform or online meeting place and is not responsible for issues related to payment / shipment / returns / cancellations etc. on such direct buyer-seller transactions. Any issue related to cancellations / returns / refund etc. are resolved by buyer and sellers through mutual negotiation. Such payments are never made through online payment gateways. Please see User Agreement for more details.

However, for small value transactions where buyer is willing to pay through online payment gateway - BazaarX.com offers a buyer protection program for online shopping. If a merchant wants to install online payment gateway - it has to accept following policy related to Refund / Return and Cancellation

Return / Refund Policy for Products Paid through Online Payment Gateways
1. Buyer is completely protected through 7-day return guarantee for all products purchased from BazarA2Z which are not as per ordered specifications, such as

Defective
Damaged
Wrong Size
Wrong Quantity
Wrong Color
Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some health care products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

Is used / worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Is returned without original packaging and accessories
Serial Number is tampered
2. Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. If buyer does not request return/refund within 7 days of receipt of product, it will be assumed that buyer is satisfied with the product.

3. To request a return, please log-in to MyInfoBanc and raise Return Request for concerned product. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your request

4. Return Request will be reviewed by BazarA2Z. If necessary, request is shared with concerned merchant for approval

5. After approval, buyer will be required to send the product back through a reputed courier Courier cost for sending the product will be borne by buyer

6. Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, please mention your order number.

7. After the product is received, it will be verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability

8. It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.

9. We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product. For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written order number on the package.

Cancellation Policy for Products Paid through Online Payment Gateways
1. There may by situations where an order has to be canceled. For example, an order may have to be canceled when

Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
Risk identified by credit and fraud avoidance department
Inaccurate or insufficient address
Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been made, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible

2. Buyer can cancel order by informing us well in advanced before processing. In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund you entire amount. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us
